Wreefs Returns and Warranty Policy

Wreefs, LLC warrants all of it's Products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of (90) days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must accompany any warranty claim. The warranty is limited to Wreefs, LLC's intended use of any of it's Products and excludes obvious physical or other abuse of the Products including wear and tear, unauthorized modification, misuse, or other conduct resulting from accident or conditions outside the control of Wreefs, LLC.

In order to make a warranty claim, please contact Wreefs, LLC for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and return shipping instructions. Proof of purchase must accompany any warranty claim. The claimant is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for RMA returns to Wreefs, LLC. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, Wreefs, LLC will determine if a failure or defect has occurred and will offer a remedy that may include, but is not limited to: repair of the failed Product, replacement with the same Product or replacement with a Product of equal or greater value. Wreefs, LLC will pay for the shipping charges of the repaired or replaced Product back to the claimant via ground or USPS shipping.
